Trademarks
Guidance on using the Red Zircon name, logo and product names, which are owned by Red Zircon Technologies Ltd.
Our marks
Red Zircon, ZirconMail, ZirconOS, ZirconSuite, ZirconCloud, Axinite, ZirconShield, ZirconTeams, ZirconBook and the Red Zircon logo are trademarks of Red Zircon Technologies Ltd (formerly NGX Web Solutions). This includes the names whether or not they are shown with a ™ or ® symbol.
Permitted use
You may refer to our products by name in accurate, non-misleading ways, for example in a review, a tutorial, or to say that your product works with ZirconMail. When you do:
- use the name exactly as we write it (for example, “ZirconMail”, not “Zircon Mail” or “ZMail”);
- make clear that your product or service is yours, not ours;
- do not suggest that Red Zircon sponsors, endorses or partners with you unless we have agreed that in writing.
What is not allowed
- Using the Red Zircon logo or product logos without written permission.
- Using our marks, or names or logos that look or sound similar, in your company, product, domain or social media names.
- Changing our logos, or combining them with other marks.
- Using our marks in a way that is false, misleading or harmful to Red Zircon.
Permission
For any other use, including partner and press use of our logos, contact us through our contact form and choose “Legal and terms” or “Press”. Tell us how you would like to use the marks and we will reply in writing.
