Help with ZirconMail

Everything you need to start using your ZirconMail address, from signing in to organising your inbox.

Using ZirconMail

Answers for everyday tasks

Signing in

Sign in with your full ZirconMail address and password. After signing in you go to your dashboard, or straight to your inbox if you have chosen that in Settings.

Choosing where sign-in lands

Open Settings, then Appearance, and choose Dashboard or Mail under After signing in. The choice is remembered on every ZirconMail page.

Sending and receiving mail

Use Compose to write a message. New mail appears in your inbox within a few seconds and ZirconMail plays a short chime while it is open in your browser.

Organising your inbox

Use folders, labels and filters to sort mail automatically. Select messages with the checkbox on the left of each row to archive, move, label or delete several at once.

Your profile

Open Settings, then Profile, to change your first name, last name and signature.

Forgotten password

Choose the recovery link on the sign-in page and follow the steps to set a new password.

Calendar, tasks, notes and files

Your calendar, tasks, notes, Drive, documents and contacts are in the menu on the left of ZirconMail.

Check that every recipient address is spelled correctly. If it still fails, contact support with the time you tried to send it.

How do I change my name?

Open Settings, then Profile, and edit your first and last name.

Who sends the system emails?

Welcome and account messages come from noreply@zirconmail.com. That mailbox is not monitored, so please use the support page for questions.
