Who is Red Zircon?
Red Zircon Technologies Ltd is a technology company that builds an operating system, productivity and email, cloud and AI, collaboration, security and devices.
When was Red Zircon founded?
The company was founded in October 2020 as NGX Web Solutions and now operates as Red Zircon Technologies Ltd.
Which products does Red Zircon offer?
ZirconOS, ZirconMail, Axinite Intelligence, ZirconSuite 365, ZirconCloud Business, ZirconTeams, ZirconShield and ZirconBook Pro.
Accounts & sign-in
Where do I sign in?
Customers, staff and administrators sign in at app.redzircontech.com. ZirconMail users sign in to their mailbox at login.zirconmail.com.
I forgot my password. What do I do?
Choose “Forgot your password?” on the sign-in page. We email a single-use link that expires after 30 minutes.
How do I create an organisation account?
Create an account on the sign-in page, or contact our sales team and we will set up your organisation with you.

Do all Red Zircon products use the same account?
Yes. One Red Zircon account works across every product, and organisations manage them all from the Red Zircon console.
What is ZirconSuite 365?
A productivity suite with documents, spreadsheets, presentations and meetings, including ZirconMail.
What is ZirconCloud Business?
Secure file storage, sharing and collaboration for teams.
What is Axinite Intelligence?
Red Zircon’s AI platform: an agent with its own private computer that researches, writes, codes and builds websites and apps, built into ZirconOS. Your first agent is free.
What is ZirconShield?
Account, device and access protection for organisations.
How do we get products other than ZirconMail and ZirconOS?
Contact our sales team. We will set them up for your organisation under your Red Zircon account.
ZirconMail
Is ZirconMail free?
Personal @zirconmail.com addresses are free. Business mailboxes on your own domain are priced for your organisation.
Can I use my own domain?
Yes, with ZirconMail Business. We help you set up MX, SPF, DKIM and DMARC records.
Can I use other mail apps?
Yes. ZirconMail supports IMAP and SMTP over encrypted connections.
Can you migrate our existing email?
Yes. We migrate mailboxes over IMAP and plan the cut-over with you.
ZirconOS
What is ZirconOS?
ZirconOS is a web-based operating system: a complete desktop workspace that runs in your browser, with nothing to install.
What do I need to use ZirconOS?
A modern web browser and a Red Zircon account.
Can my organisation manage ZirconOS centrally?
Yes. Users, access and policies are managed from the Red Zircon console.
Billing & plans
How much does Red Zircon cost?
ZirconMail is free for personal use. Business plans for every other product are priced for your organisation. Ask our sales team for a quote.
Where is billing managed?
Billing for business customers is managed in the Red Zircon console.
Security & privacy
Do you sell my data?
No. Red Zircon does not sell personal information or run behavioural advertising.
Is my data encrypted?
Connections to all Red Zircon services are encrypted, and sensitive secrets are encrypted at rest.
Do you support multi-factor authentication?
Yes. All staff and administrator accounts require authenticator-app codes.
