Questions about ZirconMail
Is ZirconMail really free for personal use?
Yes. A personal @zirconmail.com address, with webmail, IMAP/SMTP access and spam protection, is free. Business plans for your own domain are priced for your organisation.
Can I use my own domain?
Yes, with ZirconMail Business. We help you add the DNS records for your domain (MX, SPF, DKIM and DMARC) and check them before you switch.
Can I use Outlook, Apple Mail or my phone?
Yes. ZirconMail supports standard IMAP and SMTP over encrypted connections, so any modern mail app works alongside the webmail.
Can you move our existing email?
Yes. We migrate existing mailboxes into ZirconMail Business over IMAP and agree the cut-over date with you.
Do you read or sell my email?
No. Red Zircon does not sell personal information or use your email for advertising.
Where do I sign in?
Mailbox users sign in at login.zirconmail.com. Organisation administrators manage users and billing in the Red Zircon console at app.redzircontech.com.
